Terms of Service for Meetinged

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Meetinged mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Meetinged is a smart meeting timer application that:

• Connects to your device’s calendar
• Automatically detects when meetings start
• Displays countdown timers for your meetings
• Allows you to structure meetings with time blocks

The App is designed to help you stay on track and end meetings on time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using Meetinged, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account and Permissions

Calendar Permission

The App requires read access to your device’s calendar to function. This permission is necessary to:

• Detect your scheduled meetings
• Display meeting times and durations
• Automatically start timers when meetings begin

You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings, but the App will not function without it.

No Account Required

Meetinged does not require you to create an account. Your calendar data is processed locally on your device.

5. Subscription Plans

Free Tier

The free version of Meetinged includes:

• Automatic meeting detection
• Basic countdown timer
• Up to 2 time blocks per meeting
• Full calendar integration

Premium Subscription

Premium subscribers receive:

• Unlimited time blocks per meeting
• Premium meeting templates
• Advanced timer customization
• Priority customer support

Pricing

• Monthly: $2.99 USD per month
• Yearly: $24.99 USD per year (approximately 30% savings)

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed in the App before purchase.

Billing

All purchases are processed through Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play’s terms of service and billing practices.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

1. Google Play Store app → Menu → Subscriptions → Meetinged → Cancel
2. Google Play website → Payment methods → Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Premium access until then.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:

1. Visit Google Play → Order history
2. Find your Meetinged subscription
3. Select “Request refund”

Refunds are at Google’s discretion and subject to their policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Use the App in any way that could harm other users

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Meetinged, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Wipist and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy of timer functionality
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be available at all times
• Timers will be perfectly accurate under all conditions
• Calendar integration will work with all calendar providers

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIPIST AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from meetings running over time
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wipist, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

• An in-app notification
• Updating the “Last Updated” date

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the App
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first at support@wipist.com
2. Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wipist regarding the use of Meetinged.
