A timed agenda that runs itself.
Most meetings have an agenda. Almost none of them have a clock attached to it — so item two eats item four, and the last five minutes turn into "let's take this offline".
What a timed agenda actually is
A timed agenda gives each item a duration instead of just an order. Sixty minutes stops being one long block and becomes five small ones:
| Agenda item | Time |
|---|---|
| Welcome & context | 5 min |
| User research recap | 10 min |
| Concepts review | 20 min |
| Open discussion | 15 min |
| Wrap & action items | 10 min |
In Meetinged these are called time blocks. Each one counts down on its own, the active block is highlighted, and the ring around the timer shows how much of the meeting each block has left. You see an overrun while it is still two minutes, not ten.
The part you don't have to do
The timer starts itself. Meetinged reads the meetings already on your phone and wakes the screen at the scheduled start time — no app to open, no button to press at the exact moment everyone starts talking.
- Connect your calendars once. Read-only access to whatever is already on the phone: Google, Outlook, Samsung, Exchange. No login, no account.
- Add blocks to a meeting. Before it starts, or while it runs. Name each one, give it minutes, pick a colour.
- The countdown launches on its own the moment the meeting begins, and works through your blocks in order.
- Overtime is loud. Past the scheduled end the screen turns red, the app pulls itself to the foreground, and the phone vibrates.
Meetings this is built for
- Daily standups — a block per person keeps a 15-minute standup at 15 minutes.
- Design and sprint reviews — demo, feedback, decision, each with its own slice.
- Client calls — leave the last block for next steps and actually reach it.
- Retrospectives — timebox each phase so the discussion doesn't swallow the actions.
- 1:1s — split their topics from yours.
What it costs
Free: the automatic timer, all your calendars, unlimited meetings, overtime alerts, a quick timer for your own talk (vibration only), and two time blocks per meeting. Premium ($2.99/month or $24.99/year) lifts the block limit so a full agenda fits. Cancel any time — Premium stays until the period you paid for ends.

Questions
What is a timed agenda?
A timed agenda is a meeting agenda where every item gets its own slice of the meeting — 5 minutes for the check-in, 20 for the review, 10 for next steps. Instead of one countdown for the whole hour, each item counts down on its own, so an overrunning item is visible while there is still time to react.
How is this different from a stopwatch or a kitchen timer?
You never start it. Meetinged reads the meetings already in your phone calendar and launches the countdown by itself at the scheduled start time. A stopwatch needs someone to remember it — which is exactly the moment a meeting starts and everyone is talking.
How many agenda items can I have?
Two time blocks per meeting on the free plan, unlimited with Premium ($2.99/month or $24.99/year). Everything else — the auto-start timer, all your calendars, unlimited meetings, overtime alerts and a quick timer for your own talk (vibration only) — is free.
Can I set the agenda while the meeting is running?
Yes. Add or adjust blocks before the meeting or during it. The "split remaining time" slider divides whatever is left across the blocks you have, which is the fastest way to recover an agenda that has already slipped.
Which calendars does it read?
Any calendar already on your Android phone — Google, Outlook, Samsung, Exchange. Access is read-only, there is no account to create, and your meeting data never leaves the device.
